Osaic Wealth, Inc. is a diversified financial services company based in Atlanta. The firm is one of the nation’s largest independent broker/dealer networks. The firm is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a broker/dealer engaged in the offer and sale of securities products and is also a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). Osaic is an independent broker/dealer, which means that associated firms and advisors operate independently and are not employees of the broker/dealer. 

In other words, because Osaic is an independent broker/dealer, our firm remains independent, too. We are free to act solely in your best interest, without bias and without pressure to promote a particular product or strategy.

What is a broker/dealer?

A broker/dealer is a company that a registered investment professional associates with in order to buy and sell investment products on behalf of investors, and to assist the professional with compliance supervision, regulatory filings and maintenance, proper securities licensing and continuing education requirements. 

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) delegates the supervision of financial advisors to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). FINRA, in turn, regulates the broker/dealers DeCilio Financial Advisors chooses to partner with on your behalf.
